Currently we only ship to Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira) and Spain (excluding Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). We expect in the near future to be able to ship to the islands (PT and ES) and other European Union countries. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to a place excluded from the current list, please email us to info@seamecraft.com and we will give you an estimation of the shipping costs and conditions.
What are the payment methods?
The current payment methods include credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For orders to Portugal, payments may also be done with MBWay or ATM reference (Referência Multibanco).
What are the shipping fees and what is the delivery time?
The shipping fees are presented at order checkout. For Portugal and Spain (see excluded locations above), deliveries are made by CTT Express and the fee is 4.5 euros. Delivery time is about 1-3 working days. Shipping to other locations will be informed on a case-by-case.
Can I know where my order is?
Our shipping supplier provides a tracking number which will be supplied as soon as we dispatch it.
Are there any regular promotional campaigns?
Please follow our Instagram page where we announce price reductions and coupon codes. We can also see products on sale on the site.
Can I order a product which is ‘out of stock’?
Since the products are handmade, the stock is significantly low. The website does not accept new orders for products ‘out of stock’, as each product takes substantial time to produce and we need to ensure we can manage the order sustainably, noting we are a micro business. Nevertheless, if you wish to order a product which is out of stock, please email us and we will try to produce it. We will let you know once the product is available and you will be able to reserve it for 3 days.
How is my personal data managed?
Seamecraft.com does not require an user account. When performing an order, you are requested to provide name, email address, phone number, physical address and delivery address, if different. These details are retain in a local database for order management purposes. We do not share any personal data externally.
